Wow, one of the few times I get a bunch of people who agree. We should all go to Congress. Maybe we could… compromise. I think libertarians have the right if it, at least on this issue. Let people decide and if they mess up, it's their choice. The only issue I have is when they mess up and hurt other people.
Justice Department to crack down on legal marijuana with roll back of Obama policy. As part of a crackdown on legal marijuana, the Justice Department is set to roll back an Obama administration policy to not challenge state laws that allow people to use pot for medical and recreational uses, according to an official familiar with matter who was not authorized to comment publicly ahead of a formal announcement. Attorney General Jeff Sessions has long signaled his disagreement with the previous administration's stance on pot, which did not challenge state laws as long as marijuana sales did not conflict with federal law enforcement policies. Oh, that's quite simple. Half of the Trump platform is built upon the idea that everything Obama ever possibly thought about doing is badwrongevilstupid.
And therefore, from the very beginning, the man has been systematically undoing every decision made by Obama that he can, with zero apparent regard to why those decisions were made.
