Democratic Rep. David Wu will resign from the House of Representatives after being accused of making unwanted s-xual advances toward a fundraiser's daughter, his spokesman said Tuesday.
Wu's spokesman said Monday Wu would not seek re-election and was "considering all options" regarding the rest of his term.
On Friday, The Oregonian newspaper reported that the daughter of a fundraiser of Wu's accused him in May of unwanted s-xual advances that allegedly occurred in November. Ref. CNN
