Checking Dna Of Arrested Persons

U.S. Appeals Court: OK to check DNA of those arrested:

A closely divided 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has found that the collection of DNA samples from people arrested -- but not yet convicted -- of crimes is constitutional, in an opinion released today. Ref. Source 5

If they finger print you then I don't see it any more of an issue if they also check your DNA. My only issue would be if they have to take blood to do it.
