Gov cracks down on 4-year-old girl's lemonade stand
Another kid has had their idea crushed by the government - a 4-year-old girl who just wanted to sell some lemonade was told she needed a $400 permit in order to continue. The local officials cited 'health code' reasons, but would a permit make her lemonade any healthier? And shouldn't they follow the rules? Ref. Source 1
