Krusten did not come this way to see the scenery... She immediately charges into battle looking to resume her former accomplishments. I tell my dog to stay with the children to guard them.

Krusten charges forward with the other riders. A small volley of arrows flies towards them, but Krusten and her horse manage to evade them. As Krusten rides up a man weilding a spear thrusts it towards her, she parrys it with her blade and quickly dispatches the man in one blow.
As she looks around the combat is somewhat scattered, she can see one mans horse skewered as the rider is launched off it. The riders are slights outnumbered, and two more men attack Krusten. They appear to be no more than peasants, weilding simple weapons of wood and iron and wearing no armor. She again easily dispatches both of them, noting the clumsiness with which they weild their weapons.
Looking about she sees that the bandits have made it to the caravan and also she sees that the riders have killed most of the bandits near them. She rides back towards the caravan and joins the fray there. After finishing off yet a few more bandits, the battle is over.
Several prinsoners have been taken to the center of the caravan for what seems to be questioning, or execution.

The guardsman sighs, "No it hasn't," he looks up with a grave look on his face, "a necromancer was living in there. A paladin came to town and immediately sensed him. We came to arrest him, but he summoned several undead and escaped to his basement before we could get him. The paladin told us that he was to powerful to fight yet, and that we needed to wait for him to starve a bit before moving in again. Feel free to talk to him, he is inside guarding the basement. And take this as a thank you for helping us."
The guardsman hands glem a bag of 20 gp.
"Glad to be of service," replies Glem, respectfully taking the bag and counting as he continues to talk. "How do you want your necromancer served? Gone, captured or dead?"
Out of Character:: Not sure if I need a bluff check to hide my true intentions (spare unmodified D20 roll = 17).
Added some useful character background in the signup thread.
Krusten wipes her blade clean, checks on her dog and the others. She then goes silently to hear the interrogation with a mind to ask any questions if she does not hear anything solid about their reason for attack.
"Dead..." The guardsman says sighing again with a weary look on his face.

The prisoners have all been bound and gagged. The guards arrange them all in a line and the first one is shoved forward. A guardsman then rips off the prisoners gag.
Then an older man wearing armor steps forward from the crowd. "What is your name?" The prisoner smiles widely and stays silent. The man turns to a guard, "Take him to the prison." A guard regags the prisoner and leads him away. The process is repeated several times and now only 2 men are left to be questioned. The old man doesn't appear to be a very good interrogator...
Krusten interrupts the whole silly thing she is seeing before her eyes with a loud cough, but not to embarrass the old man she whispers in his ear... "Perhaps you should leave it to me to question these men alone... You know with a woman's charm?"
Should he agree Krusten uses pressure points in a secluded area until she gets someone to talk.
Out of Character:: Yeah Krusten is no lady.
