I'm a finance clerk at my ward, there is a huge difference in speed from dial-up, to high-speed internet, it could take several minutes to send information to, and back from Salt Lake, with dial-up, now, with high-speed internet, it's almost instant.

I am not sure how exactly this works and who will be using it. Will they have a password or some sort of security to avoid problems? Because I can see the possibilities of the system being abused by some.
