Comments: they should put more strain down Cedros that is were every thing comes in people. Trinidad police it is time please pm put more eyes in Cedros.
I agree with Alit, what about Penal? There is a lot of crime going on there. What about Curepe? My goodness that area is pretty bad, I was very surprised they didn't include it in the hot spot crime list.
For those criminals who may think this is a joke, the police ain't joking. Two bandits killed yesterday in Arima....this is a message that the police force/army out there isn't going to put up with crap.
I would like to know how those who had to traveled made it yesterday since it was the first day. I heard the police saw a lot of cars but didn't detain any I guess they forgave them because it was the first day plus the issue with flooding in Trincity.
Here in Westmoorings, everything was as usual yesterday. I know we're not part of the list but I heard other areas were very quiet but here everything was the same.

Comments: For those who were wondering yesterday if the power of the police and army applies only to those crime hot spots, let me remind you that their power applies to the ENTIRE nation. So basically, they can search your home at anytime without a warrant (hot spot area or not).
Source: Minister of National Security said it applies to the entire country.
The Minister of National Security gave a few key points about the limited state of emergency and curfew.
Acting Commissioner of Police Stephen Williams said there was no incidents of violence yesterday hopefully everything will remain calm to which I wonder, what will happen after the state of emergency is over?
