Bandits break in home during curfew
TWO armed bandits on Monday night disobeyed the 9 pm to 5 am curfew and staged an armed robbery, beating their victim with a gun butt in the process.
According to police reports, two men stormed the home of 19-year-old Dillon Radix and made off with an undisclosed sum of cash, laptops, jewelry and cellular telephones. Radix who lives at Tomato Drive, Blue Basin was treated for minor bruises after the robbery, which police said occurred around 4 a.m. Yesterday.

Some criminals use the curfew to do their dirty work because no one is around to hear or see them. It also shows the mentality of the criminals in Trinidad and Tobago they absolutely care nothing about the law.

Comments: Wait a minute....if it was in Diego and the police is supposed to be using the curfew to get the criminal element out of these areas where was the police at the time? I assumed the place was very quiet so I don't get how the police are now looking for the suspects. Steups.

Comments: The police is trying their very best to work during this limited state of emergency. I know a lot of our citizens may not be happy with the police work, however I would kindly ask them to give them a chance and let them do their work.
