THE country yesterday recorded its second murder since a State of Emergency was declared on August 21 and curfew restrictions imposed in six areas deemed as crime hotspots.

The dead man has been identified as Craig Diaz, 32, of Diamond Main, Crown Trace, Enterprise Village, Chaguanas. He was shot about the body by an intruder at his home shortly after 5. A.m. Yesterday, police said.

I heard the news and some relation with drugs. Not sure if that's true but I was thinking how bold of criminals to be killing people like that during a state of emergency and curfew!
