Comments: How do you know which is the right coven to join? I am torn between trying to attach myself to three specific ones that I've seen as possible covens I will like to be attached to.

It's the Same as any group, be it for Ritual, Reading or Sport.
The greatest element is Trust.
Without getting to know your Coven first - Don't join it.
Usually it takes a year and a day after introduction for you to get to know the people in your group. Learn, talk and socialize before making any commitment.
They should give you material to study and decide if you are suitable.
Never join a group that talk about "Never Being Able to Leave" and never gift them a lock of your hair.
If it feels right, if you enter the circle with your Spiritual Eyes open, then go for it.

Comments: Choosing the right coven is the same as choosing your friends, church, and so on but with a difference. You can't always decide who will be in the group. Sometimes a coven is spread out many miles and because there are only a few dedicated you can't really be picky.
