News From Iraq

I see this topic as a place to only post news items with minimal discussion. The person who posts the news item can and should explain why it seems important, but discussion about the news item should be done in the appropriate thread. I only want this thread because the news items get lost in the general discussion.

There is already a thread about Iraq and this one will just cause extra policing to ensure it is just news articles, because users will then post here too, members already post articles within the current post War Iraq thread.
