Comments: long story short... My ex and I got into a mortgage. We have a child together so we thought about having the home for her even if we couldn't get a long. he is a stink to pay his half though and its been so bad that we are getting foreclosure notices. Should I just take it over or can I make him pay his half by some legal means?
