Very interesting! I knew about some of the places, but some I did not know about and are places I go to on a regular basis. I love that my entire college campus is listed in bits and pieces there as being haunted in one way or another. That's what you get for it being primarily a medical school. Those med students get stressed out!

Places Haunted

In Trinidad, it is believed that the mosquito creek (which is ironically a cremation site as well) bore witness to over 100 accidents and subsequent loss of life.

In Palymyra, just after the Corial road (Trinidad), there was also speculation that there was a house in which no one could live. It was believed that the house was haunted and drove its occupants mad or out of the home.

Also on the route to Mayaro (in Trinidad), there is a Plantation style house, that is currently not occupied, and has not been occupied for centuries. It is believed that this house was haunted by the Plantation owners and his family.

There are towns in North Wales where almost every building has a "Haunted" claim, Beaumaris has it's Jail, Caernarfon its castle and the famous Black Boy pub and Conway has the Tudor Plas Mawr house. I walked into a spirit at Plas yn Rhyw near Pwllheli, I met water sprites at Llanddwyn beach on Anglesey - a terrifying experience.

There are a lot of places in my town on the site. I've heard of a few of them before. I'm sure there are more places that are haunted but no one has put them on the site. A lot of the listings come from rumors and to scare others. There are notes after some of the listings where it says that after talking to people they don't think the reports are true, but I think some of that is because people don't want bad publicity.

Very recently I had to have a priest come to my home and bless my family and my house as we were troubled from beings on the other side. We would never be able to make out a whole person standing there in front of us but just flashes of light as things passed the corner of your eye. The turing point for us to do something about it was when we heard bare feet run along our passage whicch is laminated flooring and then it proceeded to literally bounce off my front door. This happened in the middle of the night and loud bangs previous had already woken us. There has been many other things, I felt most threat when woke up in bed paralysed, I couldnt speak or move and there was a child size black sillohette stood next to me which gradually grew to the height of my bedroom door, It wasn't anything it said or done but there was something evil about it, it pulled back my bed sheets and before it touched me I managed to scream for my brother who lived with me at the time, it then just simply disappeared. I know in my heart of hearts if that thing had managed to touch me it wouldn't of been good. Since having my house and family bless I only ever have a few noises or an uncomfortable feeling but nothing worse than that now.
