I am still undecided about whether the lottery plus is good or not. It did help me a lot, and I managed to turn my 300 to 3,000, and also buy many useful items and play lots of arcade. But it also gets you addicted and although LDS and Malexander were both evidence of how it wasn't good to play too much, I continued playing and lost it all

So if you're one that easily gets addicted, which I am, don't buy too many cards - I bought about 200. If you're not, buy however much you like, but once you get a satisfactory sum, quite playing.
