In another thread started by Sally as a guest she posted about why landlords suck but let me tell you that tenants can suck big time too so here is my topic dedicated to it. I will start with a number one reason: they treat your place like crap and never take care of it.

Sometimes tenants can act like they own the place and want to dictate to the landlord how he should be a landlord. I'm not saying there aren't bad landlords out there but some tenants can be ridiculous with their demands.
