Comments: Why are there so many electrical poles in Trinidad? In England cities have all electrical, cable, and telephone lines underground. Places look a hundred times better this way an its safer... For instance delivery trucks do not have to worry about low lines.

When I was in England I did notice that but for Trinidad I doubt they would do anything like this on a large scale. There is too much flooding and they would be constantly digging the road / pavement for repairs.
