The women are professionals who've dedicated their careers to improving their clients' mental health. They’re young, vibrant and ambitious. They work with Black and white clients. A couple of them are entrepreneurs who’ve launched businesses and nonprofits. Some are mothers and wives. All four are victims of racism. Source 8d.
Some races have it harder than others depending on your location and circumstance. The thing with Black people is they seem to have it harder than other races. Being successful as in a good education, money and social standing doesn't seem to buffer them much from the effects of racism and that's really sad. We call ourselves civil but sometimes people in society literally act like animals.
