I don't know about being an executive yet I am taking the technical track up the career ladder, so STSM or Senior Technical Staff Member is my goal. Regardless of where I end up, I will always continue to be a contributor here; you can count on that!

Hi Malexander! I have been enjoying your thread. Way to go on the promotion! Best performance rating, eh? Well, that doesn't surprise me. You are an intelligent, hard working, and I bet reliable person. Good things come to those who earn them. By the way, congratulations on being moderator of the month and for moderator of the year. Now that really is impressive. Let us know how the promotion is going, if the work is a lot harder/lots more hours. See you around the forum.

I hate it when that happens, ouch! I'm so sorry. That has happened to me before, too. Growing up in Ohio, we had lots of temperature fluctuations and resulting ice in the winter. It is a big jolt to fall like that. I hope that soreness goes away soon. It is a good thing neither of you broke anything, or worse!

I bet!! I'm sure you already miss it enough without all of the weather. I wondered what kind of food they have, since you said that you missed the food? I hope that the weather improves soon, for all of us! Take care Xander.

Thanks Dawn. With things going well at work and a possible promotion on the horizon, I doubt I will be going anywhere soon, so we will just need to deal with the weather here. There is a large East Indian influence in Trinidad, so needless to say there are many East Indian dishes and delicacies there. Those I miss very much! I had a lot of friends in school who were of East Indian decent so I frequented their houses quite a bit and participated in many meals. I also had a lot of neighbors who loved to cook; lucky for me! Anyway, I need to stop before I soak myself with saliva

East Indian food is SOOOOOOOO good that we call my son Mr. Majarah (a very popular Indian last name) because he loves curry and roti, he can eat it every day . I'm glad I learnt how to make it so when I move to Argentina I will not miss it

Hi Malexander...how are you?. Guess what?. I just finished cooking lunch and I am eating the food right now while I am typing this. I made something I am sure you do not like at all. I made rice with curry channa and potatoes and a cole slaw.

Wow! I can't believe you are doing this to me LDS_forever. It is bad enough that it is 10:30 am here and I haven't eaten anything, but then I have to read this! Don't worry, I'll be sure to let you know when I go to Olive Garden sometime this week. Oh yeah, and I had some Taco Bell yesterday, man it was good!
