Also remember that exercising may cause your appetite to increase so make sure the wife prepares some nice but low fat nutricious meals...but you know, don't starve yourself but you can
find great ideas of low fat meals that are also tasty and if you cannot give up the junk food like me then once in a while you can eat some *laughs*. If you are a meat lover, then a small piece of meat and LOTS of salad or other vegetables are the perfect meal (of course NOT with a whole bunch of mayo or salad dressing!, just a little bit) White meats like chicken and turkey are the best.

Argentina, can you imagine! Oh my gosh, I am REALLY going to miss the food here *sigh* I better start cooking more local dishes so I can cook them over there *laughs*.
