Thanks for the welcome back FarSeer and LDS_forever. Unfortunately I can't use the excuse that my significant other found out about my online family LDS, you really know how to rub it in. It's a good thing I just came back from having steak and mashed potatoes, or I'd really be hungry after reading that post. It is definitely good to be back. I hope all of you are well and I definitely have a lot of catching up to do with each one of you.

So then you completed the server operating system? Your wife is still a full time student, have you considered having a house nanny? I had sent you some Emails in the past for which you did not respond, I was asking if those Christmas photos you sent were for inclusion in the Family Album or if it was just for my eyes?

My wife is still in school, and our budget is tight enough as it is to afford having a nanny. We do put the young one in daycare because we have to. My daughter is old enough where she can be at home by herself if needed.
I don't recall getting any emails from you about the photos. You can feel free to post those in the Family album. I trust this forum that the pictures wont get into the wrong hands.
The wife and I are also planning on moving into a new house hopefully this year. We're waiting to see how our financials are after Tax returns and maybe some bonuses. If we do move, I'll keep you guys updated and maybe send some pictures of the new house. Wish us luck in those endeavors. Thanks!

It is good that things seem to be pressing forward for you. We are trying to do the same. As for your Email, you might want to start looking at your spam / bulk Email folder and ensure that my Emails are not being sent there. For instance I sent out today's newsletter - did you get it, if not check settings?

Yes, I did receive today's newsletter, but for some reason I don't believe I received any correspondence from you after I sent out those photos. In any case, no use laboring over it now. I'm just glad to be back, and hopefully I can contribute soon, once I figure out our budget for the next few months.

You may wish to place in the settings of Yahoo that Email from here gets sent to the Inbox for the future as a couple of times through testing I have seen our Emails go to the bulk folder and in this case you may miss out, especially if the contact is direct.

On another note, I have not seen you talk much about T&T in the World Cup, I thought you might make a big deal about that... you may wish to check out the threads on that. Did you see any of the matches?

Lastly, does IBM get rid of any desktop systems after use? If so, what do they do with them?

I believe they donate them to local schools and charities. I know my daughter has a number of IBM PC's at her school, and I've even seen them at local day care providers. They also refurbish a number of them and resell at a lowered cost. As an employee I get discounted prices on all their machines. However, you probably heard recently that the PC division was sold out to Lenovo in China. The manufacturing is now all done over there, but the support is still in the U.S. We still get discounts though, which is nice. I recently bought a laptop for the wife who needed it for school. Had to wait while it cleared customs in the U.S after it was shipped from China.

Ah too bad, about the China move that is, I was going to ask you to find out if they had any stock that they were going to auction off. I need to get Felipe a computer, he is driving me crazy and sometimes I can hardly work or even talk on the phone. On another note, what happened to your Arcade skills, have they gone dry? We have an Arcade Cove Board where we rant each other to death, but my banner says it all.
