It is a combination of frustration at work (see my last blog entry) and the fact that I've had a sinus infection the last 2 weeks plus. The sinus infections is finally starting to get better, and I think I have found a safe ground at work where I don't feel as disappointed as I was earlier. Hopefully I can change my mood soon, but I'm still a bit grumpy. Maybe a doubles would help my mood.

Thanks JB. It will be quite interesting taking on a loan that is 6 figures. We are currently house hunting and hopefully will find a house that suits us and needs little or no work done on it right away. I hope to be able to post to some of those Real Estate threads based on my experiences.

I am excited that your offer was accepted, mostly because one day I hope to own my own home too. You are going to act quickly before the owner changes their mind now, right? Is your wife still studying? How will this move affect travel to work / college?
