Lucifer's Apron
is it true that the older version of the apron used for Lucifer in the temple once had free masonry symbols on it? Things has changed so much over the years in the temple ceremony and now they only show a darkened apron that he wears. Strangely enough we are also told to keep the apron on to the very end, I would have thought at some point we would be asked to take it off.

It could have been. There are many theories that all that goes on in the temple has roots in freemasonry and with the endowment changing over time this could well be.
