Comments: Does the Trinidad & Tobago Probation Services Division provide the same level of monitoring of former inmates as they do in the US? What is done so reformed criminals do not return to a life of crime again?

I don't know if its the same level, but we do have a system in place. I feel Trinidad and Tobago has most every thing you can expect anywhere else in the world but is it enforced and taken seriously like they do elsewhere? That's the other part of the question.
