Ingredients
1/2cupapplesauce, unsweetened
1/2cupyogurt, nonfat
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonapple pie spice
2teaspoonsugar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Serve right away or chill for later serving.

To reduce the calories you can use a sugar substitute to equal the sugar.
