How bad is the housing market in the United States So bad, that two senators -- a Republican and a Democrat -- have joined forces to push a bill that would offer visas to foreigners who spend $500,000 buying homes in the States.
The bill was co-authored by Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Mike Lee

Well with that kind of an incentive you will get more well off people coming to America legally BUT then again you might get a lot of people who got their money from drugs or whatever and its an easy ticket into the US. Who would of thought things would get so bad that the US would have to sell its real estate to people abroad.
