international QUOTE
He is not being professional when he posts pictures of innocent people on his show and hints they are involved in some sort of crime...

I wasn't talking about the mistakes that he makes or "Faux pas". Yes, I do consider this a mistake since he can face lots of lawsuits and a bad reputation if he were so stupid as to do those things intentionally. What people usually have against him is his alleged "Cockiness" and his general modus operandi on the program. So unless he on a weekly basis commits these faux pas, I would say that you haven't answered the question.

I think I did and he indeed continues showing cockiness in the show unless I am watching another "Crime Watch" with another host with the exact same name. I don't consider him being a professional.

No you haven't. The error of posting pictures could be as a result of an error made in the source of his information. Remember that even if several people say that someone did a wrong, it can still be erroneous and he knows that asking the person himself to verify could just lead to the person lying in order to avoid arrest. I think that no matter what he does, there is always a chance that an error can be made on the show with mistaken identity or hidden false motives of the informants. He is operating based on what "People say" and he doesn't know the people he is investigating. Even the most professional newspapers occasionally make mistakes or misquote people and the police sometimes make wrongful arrests.

Did Ian Alleyne renew his contract with TV6? If he were to break away I don't think his show could stand without the support that TV6 gives him.

Instead of showing Crime Watch with Ian Alleyne they showing Dallas. Like they think Dallas have more bacchanal than Crime Watch? Look TV6 bring back the man on the show and let start seeing crime solved again.

They didn't renew his contract and I think it was a right decision from TV6's point of view. They got into some legal wranglings over this show and to avoid lawsuits, I think that they decided that it is better to give him the axe. Good for them, but bad for the people.

After all that big talk he used to make about being untouchable and all this nonsense his show came and went and its not likely that he will be on air again unless he makes some small operation but it won't have the kind of impact he's looking for... Good-bye Mr. Alleyne.

Good-bye Mr. Alleyne...

Actually Mr. Alleyne is coming back, on CNC3! I thought Ian Alleyne canceled his show completely but no, I was wrong! I saw Mr. Alleyne on a ad and he says he will be airing Crime Watch at 6:00 o'clock! To tell you people, this guy isn't giving up...
