It seems that the pressure to embrace touch is invading every corner of consumer technology, even though theoretically an e-Ink-style eBook reader such as the Kobo shouldn't really need a touch interface. While it is tempting to dismiss touch as a fad, it actually does a lot to improve the Kobo's usability. Ref. Source 4

How many E-readers will they come out with? For me this is just an over-sized palm which fits in your palm but now they want it the size of a book again - weird!
