I completely agree, LDS. It's our obligation to stay there until that government can protect the people. But let's ALSO not forget that most of the world refused to help the Iraqi people free themselves from Saddam Hussein. They were content to enter into highly profitable contracts with Saddam's government, even as Saddam mercilessly killed Iraqi men, women and children.

In contrast, America prohibited ANY commercial contracts with Saddam's government.

I agree. Don't bring them home if they are still needed. In fact, I'd support the draft.
