Tatteredking Introduction

Greetings. I have been playing Role-playing Games of various genres for 30+ years. Dungeons & Dragons, Top Secret ,Gamma World, Star Frontiers, Twilight 2000, Traveller, Rifts, Rolemaster, Shadowrun, Cyberpunk, L5R, WoD, Pathfinder. Most recently have been devouring the Cypher games; The Strange and Numenera.

I am a player and a GM. I love collaborative world and campaign building. I want players to be as vested in the game as I am as a GM.

I've been doing Play By Post for probably 10 years now. With a full time job, a side business, a home, a family and several other extracurricular interests, I can only manage a to PNP game once every 2 weeks. However, in the 15 minute interstices in my work day, there is sufficient time to Play By Post!

Thanks for the reply! Currently, my interests are in learning the Dungeons & Dragons 5E and FATE systems, as well as checking out Cypher, The Strange and Numenera. The Strange is right up my alley, but I know Numenera has a bigger following.

I have played and Dungeon Master'd Play By Post games for several years. I could very easily Dungeon Master a Pathfinder or Savage Worlds (A number of settings), but wouldn't mind playing in a couple games too.

Hi again Tatteredking! I thought I lost you there for a second. Unfortunately, Dungeons & Dragons 5e recently closed but there are other versions of Dungeons & Dragons and Pathfinder. You can join any of those if you want to get a hang of the community before deciding to run games. Will you like me to make a couple of suggestions? ICon's Kingmaker AP Pathfinder Create Characters and Falrun's 2e Dungeons & Dragons Create Characters

I would definitely recommend getting used to everything first before trying to Dungeon Master but once you do you can totally take over Dungeons & Dragons 5 because there are players here looking for a game.
