Comments: I have about 2Gbs of RAM but I'm thinking if I go up to 3Gbs then I will be able to get some of my games to move faster, sometimes they freeze every now and again. So will getting more RAM help my game speed?

I'm not an expert in this but installing more RAM might not help. What you need to do is check the game's performance requirements and not the minimal. The performance requirements will tell you what you need that you don't have in your PC.

Does Installing More RAM Improve Game Speed? Gaming Video & Issues Computer

From what I have seen, most game's CPU and RAM requirements are pretty modest. But it is imperative that you have a good graphics card. If you have a desktop, maybe you should consider upgrade that?
