Former SD lifeguard wins discrimination suit
A federal jury has ruled against the city of San Diego in a discrimination lawsuit filed by a female lifeguard who said she was repeatedly overlooked for promotion because of hiring practices that discouraged the advancement of women. Ref. Source 9
