Does everyone have some sort of Paranormal Ability, even if undiscovered?

I am not sure. We do know we use such a little part of what the brain can really do, some people seem to have it naturally and for others it requires a lot of work in order to discover these type of abilities.

I have a few and still need a lot of practice to be good at them. As LDS has said some have a natural ability and some need lots of practice, but over all you still need lots of practice to be any good at it really. Sure natural talent would make you specialize in that talent but even if you do have raw talent what good is it if you do not use it or practice. Anyways back to the point I have dabbled in aura reading, telepathy, clairvoyance, aura manipulations, and mind reading. I have raw talent in aura reading and manipulation. There are a few that still perplex me a bit like astral projection and spirit speaking.

How far have you reached with your abilities? For me it comes down to self awareness. You have to be fully alert about various messages around you that can be distorted by the material world.
