Every time I pass by this construction site they are building something new. At first it was just the car park to the back but now they seem to be building something to the very front by the highway. By the depth of the foundation it will probably be a big building.

It was predictable but now confirmed. Those units will not be for low-income or middle income earners. The government will occupy some of the units (Surprised anyone?) and the rest will be sold on the open market.
