Sideways movie

I was really suprised at how this movie was able to take an obviously sad situation of mid life crisis and turn it into a midly funny comedy. I thought that the movie deserved some awards and was shocked when the Academy didnt recognize them. It reminded me of when Shawshank redemption lost out an award to Forest Gump, a travesty of justice!
