"Ah, [expletive]" Avan swears in elven, grabbing his clothes and armor.

"Nothing else is around here, we have to check the lighthouse to see what happened there" Avan suggests. "There's no one there, so we may have to light it ourselves. I have no axe so I can only collect tinder and loose wood."

Out of Character:: Also, a time of day update please.

Asthelion gathers up the nails in a cloth due to residual heat and shows them to Avan right before they leave, "Now what kind of tree produces timber with nails already in it I wonder?", the rogue asks rhetorically.

"Heh heh." Avan smiles at the question. "Are you ready to head off? We're going to need quite a bit of tinder to light it up. That's only if you are interested in doing the good thing. The mayor asked us to investigate only."

Asthelion places the nails back in the ashes and snorts, "The good thing? I personally wouldn't care if it was right or wrong. It's just a job my friend, like any other. You get tasked with something, you do it, and you get paid. S'how it works. However, the mayor tasked me, and you for that matter, to find out what happened to the crew and cargo and I still don't have anything to tell him. I've never seen a job unfinished and I don't plan to now. Let's go."

The adventurers hear the snap of a branch and some talking coming from the woods. The sounds are to far away to make out what is being said.

You are unable to see anyone threw the trees, but know someone is out there.
