Yes, the mother of a fallen soldier should be allowed to stay in the United States. Anyone should be allowed to stay in the USA without Visas, Passports, or Green Cards. A country should not be allowed to dictate who enters or leaves the land. The land does not belong to man. Man is only there to use the land. Man should not be allowed to say who comes or goes. The land exists for everyone.
