Most Boring Book?

Sometimes we have to read for an exam or project, but when the material is boring it makes it so difficult to concentrate. What book made you totally bored? Why?

Gosh, I gotta reach way back to find that.  ;)  I would have to say it was the book called, 'The Grapes of Wrath'.  I don't even remember who wrote it.  It could have been a really good book, but I just couldn't get my mind to wrap around and lost interest in the first chapter or so.

The most boring book I ever read was called Outlander I can't begin to tell you I had to look on my list to find the book. I know someone recommended it to me she thought it was great. I couldn't get pass the second page.

I've read a lot of boring books, all of them by Polish authors. And I believe that fortunately they've never been translated into other languages.

The phone book is pretty boring *smile* But seriously, financial-based books put me right to sleep.

Chuckle chuckle, I had forgotten that one. For me it is The Complete Short Stories of Mark Twain. I guess you have to be a real Mark Twain fan to appreciate this one, and I am not that much of a fan of his.

The most boring book i read was "Hamlet" by Shakespeare... I hate Shakespeare and I don't really see how he is that great of the writer. For the time he might have been, but I prefer the likes of J.D. Salinger..
