I agree mostly with this top 10 (especially with the winner - Rio de Janeiro), although I feel that Bucharest, Romania should be on the first 5. It's not just "local patriotism" ... ask any male celebrity that visited Romania and they will say that the first thing they noticed was the romanian girls beauty.

I am surprised Buenos Aires is not included in that list. I cannot believe Rio de Janeiro made the list as #1. I do not think the women in Brazil could be considered as "Beautiful", yet again, is just a matter of taste. *shrugs*
