A federal judge ruled Wednesday that the man who shot President Ronald Reagan in 1981 outside a Washington, D.C., hotel will be released no sooner than Aug. 5 from a government psychiatric hospital. Hinckley, 61, will be permitted to live full time in Williamsburg, Va. Ref. USAToday.
