I will be very surprised if the warriors win the game against Costa Rica. Latapy had very little time to put the team together and there are some issues going on but they may be prove me wrong.

Costa Rica beat the US badly recently so if T&T thinks this is going to be a walkover they are very wrong.

I hope at least they can get a draw but if they plan to play on defense mode as they usually do then they will never get the points they need to qualify.

Costa Rica won 3:2. The match was entertaining. Lots of missed opportunities on both sides. In the end Costa Rica continued to show us that we cannot beat them. Actually we have not beat Costa Rica in three or four decades in any World Cup qualifying match.

It was a really good game. Despite the fact that Trinidad lost, I liked the way the team went to "attack" instead of the defending as they usually do.

T&T will be playing Mexico in less than two hours with their last hope for qualifying. Mexico is in a bad state, but given the odds: away from home, T&T defense / attack players not with the team and most of all the high altitude I doubt they will accomplish much. Hats off if they do. Latapy certainly brought more spunk to the team.
