M7viz Socket A

I have an old M7VIZ SOCKET A motherboard lying around, is it any good or should I just chuck it?

A Socket Mviz

That's a Biostar motherboard. You could use it as a backup board for another computer. The CPUs those carry run at around 1.5-1.8 ghz. There isn't any PCI-E on it though so your graphics options are very limited.
