Steak eaters love beef and they also love certain kinds of parts and imports. For instance some will only eat meat imported from Argentina while others will only eat buffalo. What are your preferences and which parts do you like best: T, shoulder, ribs, lean, etc.
My favorite is porterhouse. I love it cooked rare. The best part of that is the smaller side that is often left off the cut when it is called a t-bone. The only problem is that a porterhouse is a bigger cut of mean than I can eat on my own. So, when I go to a restaurant, it is a big waste for me to order it.
I do like my steaks. Top Sirloin is usually the one I get the most, but my favorite would be filet mignon. However, these are rather spendy and come in smaller portions. I usually get my steaks medium-rare. My favorite steakhouse is Timberlodge Steakhouse.
Prime rib, with minimal horseradish. I have made prime rib roasts in the past for holidays (I have a special recipe) and they turn out so awesome! We would have them more often, but they are so expensive! The last one was about $8 a pound.
I enjoy a good piece of sirloin steak, done medium-rare.
My Husband likes his steak very rare, in fact it looks horrible, but he enjoys it, so I suppose, seing that he is the one eating it, that's all that matters!
The best Steak restaurant here in my opinion, is 'The Beef eater chain of restaurants', good food, at a reasonable price.
