Updates To WorldOfMedieval.com
On the front page of World of Medieval you will notice it has two sections:
1. Offering the usual World of Medieval links
2. Dungeons & Dragons links
This helps to bring order to all the options Players have now. For those interested in AD&D related stuff you can see the new offerings:
A. AD&D Stats (Equipment, Spells, Monsters): HERE
B. AD&D Character Generator: HERE
World of Medieval Layout
As you can see the World of Medieval Board has changed the layout of the Threads as we move closer to the player keep track of their stats. There is still a field where the GM still keeps track of some things.
Players Tracking Their Own Stats
When the current scenario is over I will be switching the system to where Players monitor their own World of Medieval stats. I encourage you to 'speak' up now in the Support Thread if something more is needed from what you have now.
More Character Stats In Posts
I just added some more code to the World of Medieval Posts, this will enable you to keep more info on your character. Please take the time to transfer stats from the Party Stats page to you Control Panel fields.
Changes
* I removed some of the Pinned Threads to lighten up the top area. You can get to them via the new links right under the eye and sword.
* Some links have been added / changed. Since Players will be keeping track of their own stats now the Party Stats link is now the "Old Party Stats" link
* The Camp Thread as well as all future Camp Threads will be highlighted as is apparent when you post there.
* New Scenario "Southern Darkness" is now open.
Confusion For New Members
It seems like New Members are confused by thinking that the World of Medieval is the Member Wars D&D. To help solve this I have made the main page of the World of Medieval emphasize D&D as the first option as it takes far less commitment than the World of Medieval. See: https://worldofmedieval.com/
