US Military Contracts In Foreginer's Hands
For 15 days in 2009, countries like Iran, China and Russia were able to access classified U.S. Weapons information that was accidentally uploaded by Georgia Tech University. Dozens of universities around the country accept classified government research contracts under the condition that they employ "American only" research teams.
