Operation Rescue has obtained a 911 recording and Computer Aided Dispatch transcript that indicates a patient of Preterm, a Cleveland, Ohio, abortion clinic, has died.
Records, which were obtained through a public records request, show that at 10:59 a.m. On Friday, March 21, 2014, an employee of Preterm dialed 911 and reported to a dispatcher there was a 22-year-old female patient at the clinic who was not breathing at all. Ref. Source 1

The pro-life movement has been outraged over the last few days about what has happened to a pregnant 15-year-old girl in Buffalo, New York, who was reportedly held against her will in a room in an abortion clinic.
The initial reports from pro-life activist Abby Johnson indicate the young girl's mother did not want her to have an abortion and that the unnamed teenager, who lives in Cleveland, Ohio, was facing pressure from her her boyfriend to take the life of her unborn baby at the Buffalo-based abortion facility. Medical Examiner Confirms Woman Died From Heart Attack After Botched Abortion
The Cuyahoga Medical Examiner's Office ruled today that a young woman died from complications due to a legal abortion she obtained at a Cleveland abortion clinic earlier this year.

Operation Rescue was recently tipped to the fact that McGinty has stated he is disinclined to investigate Wilson's abortion-related death, prompting Operation Rescue to call on the public to urge McGinty to order police or perhaps his own investigators to look into why she died and who is responsible.
