This feature enables all Members to add various photos of them, family or their Art. This used to be for Upgraded Members only, but has now been made available to all. You may place feedback here about the features of the Forum Gallery.

Private Gallery Photos

I recently added the 'Private Gallery Photo' category to the Photo Gallery. This section can only be seen and accessed by Upgraded Members. I added some photos so you can see what the family looks like, but we did not want these to be made totally public.

Upgraded Members that wish to share photos that they do not want the Public to see can use this section.

Updates to Forum Gallery

1. New category has been added called, "Unusual"

2. Upgraded Members can add up to 500 images

I noticed it says regular members can upload 25 photos now instead of 10, but when I tried to upload one, it says I've uploaded 25, which I obviously haven't. Is there a way to replace existing photos I've uploaded, if I can't upload more than 10?

I have increased the number of Photos you can upload in the Forum Gallery to 50 so that should help you out.

I noticed since I removed the rotating gallery images from the Boards that people have stopped uploading new images, should I put this feature back?

I don't know that you necessarily need the whole rotating picture thing, but I think having a reminder up, that you can upload pictures, is what function the rotating thing served. I would see it and go "Oh yeah, I can upload pictures" once in a while, back when I was under the limit, then I stopped when I was at it and quit paying attention and didn't know it had been upped. I knew I could go into Profile to do it but yeah I think most people don't remember to do that, I think people just don't go into the control or configuration panel unless they NEED to, and the uploading picture thing just doesn't seem like, in a mental-association way, that's where it goes.

I think our new random featured photos did the trick and caused some uploads to happen, it also reminds me to add some of the more unusual photos I find around the net as well.
