Premium Plus - Page 4

Due to increasing maintenance costs the Premium Plus Membership donation requirement has increased from US$27 to US$33, but FP and Gil associated with this Membership has also increased.

Basically there will no longer be levels of Membership only levels of Access. It is mainly the difference between a Regular Member and a Member that Donates.
