Are all Trini real estate agents just scammers trying to take people money and give them a place that is not comfortable or has some kind of hidden defect that you don't discover until you move in? I've dealt with quite a few of them and they are all the same. I'm shouting out to those who had the same experiences as me.

It all depends on who you deal with. Reputable agencies are very clear about their fees and what they will do / not do. Other agencies or solo real estate agents might be just trying a thing if you get what I'm saying.
