WDAgent Introduction

Hi,

It warms my heart to find a forum as selective and upright as this one.

My name is Andrew and I am an Airman in the USAF. My interests (in no particular order) include patriotism; MST3K; comics, mostly works by Dan Clowes and Garth Ennis; pool; sci-fi including Heinlein, Ackerman, and Orson Scott Card; retro gaming, mainly Atari 2600 and NES; political commentary including Coulter, Elder, and economists Sowell and Williams; film, including, sci-fi, camp, and Zombie flicks; 80s pop music; and comedy in general.

My one main goal is to complete my degree ASAP. I came across this forum via the Comic Top 100 (or something to that effect). I've been impressed so far with the requirements to gain access to the posts and am looking forward to great discussion without worrying about spamming, flaming, and other disruptions. Also, thanks so much for no pop-ups.

That said, thanks again, and I can't wait to chat.

Thanks for posting your introduction message we are happy that you find our rules wholesome - when you get a chance do visit the feedback board and tell us more. The next thing you should do now is update your profile. You can do this by clicking the link called, 'My Controls' in the top menu. You will be given a series of fields to fill in or menus to choose from, simply answer the questions, save it and the frog will disappear!

The best way to become integrated into our community is to post messages. Remember, you are one user out of hundreds of members. If anyone is going to 'see' you then they need to read your posts. Posts are messages you leave on the various boards we have here. Select 'Home' or 'Site Map' from the top menu, it will load a page full of different boards. Select a board that is interesting for you and then a message within that board to reply to... share your thoughts and already people will get to know you after your first post. If you are constructive then other members will reply and thus a discussion becomes apparent.

Hi Andrew, this is LDS_forever, an Argentinian living in the Caribbean. It's nice to have you here, please check the International Board where we discuss lots and lots of issues such as what's going on in Iraq and Israel/Palestine conflict. You will see heated discussions there and even though we all do not neccesarily agree with each other, we respect the views and opinions from all the members of our community.
