Comments: Many Mormons are leaving the Mormon church just look at the amount on record and the amount that don't come to the Mormon church it speaks volumes, so what do you break it down to being the reason? No half joke answers please.

There are many reasons. Most of the time, I believe they don't feel a connection or bond with the Church because let's face it, generally speaking members aren't good at fellowshipping so they leave. Others, were looking for something else and the Church isn't one of them. There are also doctrinal reasons.
